Abalon Construction Management LLC is building a network of qualified professionals and service providers to support future land acquisition, due diligence, development preparation, permitting review, and construction-related planning for selected projects.

As part of its U.S. market entry and development pipeline strategy, Abalon may communicate with qualified professionals, vendors, and service providers in North Carolina and other U.S. markets. The company is interested in establishing working relationships with professionals who can support feasibility review, site evaluation, zoning and permitting pathways, development planning, and future project preparation.

Abalon does not currently have an active construction project underway, and any engagement with vendors or professionals would be subject to separate review, written agreement, and compliance with applicable licensing, permitting, and professional requirements.
